Cape Mentelle's Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship of their range and one of the wines that placed the Margaret River region on the world wine map in the 1980's.
Fruit is sourced from mature, low-yielding vines, fermented on skins for an average of 55 days and gently basket pressed before being transferred to French oak barriques for 18 to 20 months.
