Val Joanis' small production Cuvée Joséphine is made from the best fruit from the higher slopes of the estate. 70% Syrah, 20% Rolle(Vermentino) and 10% Grenache vinified for a short time on the skins for the pale colour and further aging on the lees for more depth. This is a very classy and rather lovely rosé.
