The Collezione Falceri Prosecco is made by Riondo an top cooperative based in the town of Monteforte d’Alpone, in Soave, in the heart of the Veneto region.
Fermented as most Prosecco in an autoclave at 16°c for a month, with 14g/l of residual sugar it finishes just dry and offers the classic aromatics of acacia and pear.
