Colomba Bianca are one of Sicily's very best CO-OP's, Founded in 1970 but given a major overhaul in the 1990's under director Leonardo Tachetta, rebuilding their wineries and starting the convertion of their vineyards to organic farming. The Vitese wines are all Organic and vegan.
