This is the best cuvée from the Tardy family's organically farmed estate sourced from two sites Beaumont Monteux , the best area in Crozes, and Mercurol on the back slopes of the Hermitage hill. The vines are between 50-70 year old which give lovely richness which the Tardy's maintain by using large oak casks rather than barriques. This is drinking beautifully but will keep too.
