The very talented Etienne Julien took over this small Nuits-St-Georges estate in 2012. Changing towards organic viticulture, removing stems from the bunches and using more new oak for aging have really boosted the quality of his wines.
His elegant 1er Cru Bousselots come from old vines in the north of the commune here the soil is lighter colored with less clay the wines are more in the style of Vosne-Romanée their near neighbour.
