Biscardo Neropasso Veneto Rosso 2022

The Biscardo family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years and are currently led by brothers Maurizio and Martino.
This Venetian red is made using the classic Appassimento process of air drying carefully selected bunches of grapes in large airy rooms called Fruttaio.
Intense ruby red In the glass, the bouquet is spicy with hints of black cherry and plum compote. The palate is velvety and persistent with soft tannins.
