Description

Domaine Fond-Croze was created in the hill top village of Saint Roman de Malegarde situated just north of Cairanne in 1997. Old family vineyards bought after the first World war were augmented with resent purchases. The Domaine is run by Raymond Long and his two sons, Daniel who oversees the winemaking and Bruno the vineyard and organic farming since 2009.

This very attractive un-oaked Côtes du Rhone, fermented and aged in concrete tanks, come from 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah grown on the cooler north facing slopes where the stony clay and limestone soils give depth and freshness to the wine.
