This stunning single vineyard Chenin Blanc comes from vines planted in 1978. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. The wine is then matured on its lees in old 400l French oak barrels for 9 months. The result is elegant and complex with an abundance of orchard and stone fruit flavours leading to a long creamy finish.
