Warwick estate's Professor Black Pitch Black is a homage to the classic Cabernet Cinsault blends of the 1970's. Beautifully crafted from hand-picked grown on specially selected Stellenbosch sites and matured for 18 months in curated French oak. Pitch Black is a silky blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec that offers notes of spiced plum crumble, cherry compote, crème de cassis, wild strawberries, dark chocolate, dried herbs, spiced meat, tobacco and clove.
