From organically farmed 100% Corvina grapes, one of the most important varietals in the make up of Valpollicella.
This really attractive cherry fruited Corvina comes from Azienda Gorgo's organic vineyards situate just south east of Lake Garda. It is rare to see 100% Corvina, as it is normally blended with Corvinone and Rondinella to make the classic Valpolicellas of the region, this shows off perfectly the lightly spiced, dark cherry fruit.
