Description
This delicious medium dry Riesling comes from our favourite Kiwi, Dave Clouston, winemaker and owner at Two Rivers in Marlborough, New Zealand. this comes from Dave’s Brookby Hill vineyard in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys and is named after his Mother.
After hand picking the fruit was macerated on its skins for 24 hours before a gentle pressing and cool fermentation which was topped when the fruit and acidity balance was perfect. Another 3 months spent on its yeast lees gives extra complexity to this lovely Riesling. Perfect as an aperitif or with Asian spiced food.
