Tarón’s vibrant unoaked Rioja Blanco is made from 80% Viura and 20% Tempranillo Blanco fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep freshness and varietal character this is mouth wateringly fresh and offers enticing fruit and complexity only 12.5% too.
Bodegas Tarón is a cooperative situated in the cool northern part of the Rioja Alta, their grapes are sourced from four neighbouring villages, Cuzcurrita de Rio Tiron, Sajazarra, Villaseca and Tirgo which shared similar terroir and climate; they have about 700 hectares of vineyards giving them enough for their needs and excess to sell, it also means that all their wines can be labelled as Rioja Alta.
